1. Platform role

Vsudha shares property data and connects Buyers with Sellers or Dealers. It does not guarantee title, collect property payment or complete registry.

2. Account responsibility

Users must provide correct name, contact and role details. Admin may block misuse.

3. Listing data

The Seller or Dealer is responsible for photos, price, ownership claim, location and description. Admin may review, edit, reject or remove a listing.

4. Verification

An Admin Reviewed badge means the platform checked the listing data. It is not a government title certificate or legal guarantee. Buyers must check papers independently.

5. Payment

The website does not collect token, booking amount, property price, stamp duty or registry fee.

6. Free access

Sellers and Dealers may receive a free listing period. Admin can change the duration.
