Know what is public, what is shared with a listing provider when you enquire, and how to request help with your information. Contact tools requiring login do not make public listings or Owner display names private.
1. Who is responsible and what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how [OPERATOR_LEGAL_NAME], a [ENTITY_TYPE] operating the Vsudha brand from [BUSINESS_ADDRESS], handles personal information in connection with https://vsudha.in/. It covers visitors, Buyers, Owners and people who contact us or whose information appears in a listing or complaint.
The policy relates to the current property-information and contact service, including Buyer and Owner accounts, listings, saved properties, enquiries, CAD planning requests, maps and support. The CAD form receives planning enquiries; it does not take payment or issue construction-ready drawings. In this policy, the listing provider means the account responsible for submitting a listing. Contact details for privacy requests appear in section 18.
This policy is a notice about data use, not permission for unlimited collection or marketing. We use the legal basis available for the particular purpose and obtain an appropriate choice or consent where required. Rights and duties created by legislation with phased commencement apply from the date the relevant provision takes effect.
2. Information you give us
Swipe sideways to read the full table.
| Situation | Information involved | Why it is needed |
|---|---|---|
| Account registration and profile | Full name, mobile number, email and password; Buyer or Owner role; and optional profile photo, alternate phone, WhatsApp, address, PIN, state, city and profile note. | Create the account, authenticate you, communicate with you and provide role-specific features. |
| CAD planning request | Name, mobile number, email, city/locality, plot dimensions and unit, road-facing direction, intended use, floor and bedroom preferences, notes, request reference, status and consent record. A logged-in request is associated with the account. | Receive the request, review the requirements, contact you about next steps and maintain a service record. These details are available to authorised administrators, not published in listing search results. |
| Buyer preferences | Property type, preferred location, minimum/maximum budget and area preferences you choose to save. | Maintain your account preferences and support your property search. |
| Earlier account records | Business details and account information previously supplied before an account-type change. | Preserve relevant account history, review access and handle support requests. Account labels may change without deleting the underlying records. Information is retained only for the purposes and periods described in this policy. |
| Property listing | Property description, category, price, area and unit, address or locality, map coordinates, photos, contact/display details, availability and other details you submit. | Review, publish and manage a property listing and enable relevant enquiries. |
| Saved properties and enquiries | Saved property identifiers, property of interest, enquiry message, submitted contact details and related account/request records. | Show saved items, route a request and allow relevant follow-up. |
| Support and complaints | Your message, contact details, listing or account identifiers and evidence you choose or are reasonably asked to provide. | Answer a query, investigate misuse, protect users and handle a legal or privacy request. |
A password is handled as an authentication secret and is not a public listing field. Do not include it in support messages. The service does not require payment-card details, UPI PINs or banking passwords. Do not submit Aadhaar/PAN numbers, complete deeds, bank records or similar sensitive documents in public fields; where specific evidence is genuinely needed, we will explain the purpose and request only the minimum relevant information.
3. Technical and usage information
When the website loads, the web server and relevant service providers receive technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device information, and error or security events. Search terms and selected filters can form part of a request. Information is used as needed to deliver pages, keep sessions working, investigate faults and protect the service.
Account actions, listing submissions, saved properties and enquiries can also create operational records. This does not mean that Vsudha records everything you do on your device or can read unrelated calls or messages. Any optional analytics or advertising tools must be disclosed and operated with the choices required by applicable law.
4. Information from other people
We may receive information from a property owner, a person authorised to act for the owning entity, an enquiry sender, a complainant, a service provider supporting the website or an authority acting lawfully. A listing may concern co-owners, occupants or representatives whose details the submitter supplies.
A person supplying another individual's information must have authority and provide an appropriate notice or permission where required. We can still receive evidence of wrongdoing or a lawful complaint without requiring the alleged wrongdoer's consent. If your information appears incorrectly or without authority, contact us even if you have no account.
5. Public information and login-restricted contact tools
Published property descriptions, photos, price, area, locality or address and map points may be visible to anyone and may be indexed by search engines. Public Owner profiles can show the display/business name, profile image, account role, city/state, experience, service areas, profile note, join date, listing count and an admin-assigned badge where present. A photo, precise plot location or text can reveal personal information even when it is not labelled as a contact field. If you use an email address as your public display name, that address can also become public.
Optional Owner social-profile links and their display handles are stored when supplied to the administrator. When public display is enabled with the Owner's agreement, these links appear on the Owner profile and property pages, including for visitors who are not logged in. The Owner can ask the administrator to edit, hide or remove them. Opening a social-profile link or the Vsudha WhatsApp channel takes you to an external service, which handles your activity under its own practices.
The current interface requires login for designated direct-contact and enquiry tools. This is an access restriction, not a guarantee that every person who registers has been independently verified or that no recipient can copy information. Public profile fields remain public. Account passwords and private support evidence are not intended for public display.
Before publishing, remove unrelated faces, identity numbers, signatures and confidential document details from your content. If you notice that a private field appears publicly, report it promptly using the privacy contact so that we can investigate.
6. What happens when you send an enquiry
A property enquiry links your message and relevant contact/account details to the selected property. These are made available to the relevant Owner who provided that listing and to authorised administrators for the enquiry and follow-up. A general support message is handled for the support purpose and is not automatically an enquiry for every listing provider.
The recipient may contact you about that property and becomes responsible for their subsequent handling of information outside Vsudha. We require users not to resell contacts, send unrelated bulk promotions or misuse them. Sending one enquiry does not authorise unrelated Owners to market to you.
If you move to a call or WhatsApp, the relevant provider and recipient handle that communication under their own practices. Vsudha does not automatically receive all later conversations. Messages sent directly to Vsudha support may be handled by the support team.
7. Location information and map services
Property coordinates supplied for a listing can be published to help users locate the property. Treat a precise location as public when you choose to include it in a public listing. Map points may be approximate and are not legal boundaries.
A device's precise current location is accessed through the browser only after the browser asks and you permit it. You can refuse or revoke that permission in browser or device settings and use available manual address or coordinate entry instead. Coordinates become listing data if you use and submit them for that purpose.
The current property pages embed Google Maps and offer an external map link. An embedded map may connect to Google when the page or map loads, even if you do not click the external link. That can disclose technical information, including your IP address and the map location requested. Browser geolocation permission is different from permission for third-party content or cookies.
8. Purposes and lawful handling
- Provide registration, login, account recovery and the Buyer or Owner tools you request.
- Review and publish listings, display search results, maintain saved items and connect an enquiry with the correct Owner.
- Receive and manage CAD planning requests, contact the requester, record status and send the site administrator a request notification. This does not subscribe the requester to unrelated marketing.
- Provide support, correct errors, moderate content, investigate fraud or security incidents and respond to complaints.
- Maintain and improve site reliability using information that is necessary for the task; use aggregate or non-identifying information where practical.
- Keep records and disclose information where a valid legal obligation, lawful request or the protection of legal rights requires it.
- Send an optional promotion only with a valid basis and the choice required for that channel.
We limit collection to what is reasonably necessary for the stated purpose. Refusing information that is needed for an account, listing or enquiry may mean that feature cannot be provided. A materially new use that requires a new notice or consent will not be justified merely by a general reference to website improvement.
9. Cookies, local storage and external resources
Swipe sideways to read the full table.
| Category | Use and choice |
|---|---|
| Language preference | The Hindi/English button stores the selected interface language in local browser storage (vsudha-language). It does not send page text to an external translation service. You can switch back or clear the preference in your browser. |
| CAD request safeguards | A request token and short-lived hashed keys reduce accidental duplicate submissions and repeated form submissions. The rate-limit key uses a hash derived from the network address rather than storing the raw address in that key. Hosting logs may still contain technical information as described above. |
| Essential account/session functions | Authentication, security and any chosen remember-me session use the relevant cookies or browser storage. Blocking essential storage can prevent login or related functions. |
| Preferences | Where enabled, a preference may be kept to remember a choice. Browser storage settings can usually clear it, but the website may forget the choice. |
| External maps and avatars | Some pages load Google Maps and Gravatar resources. These providers can receive a network request and technical identifiers; their storage behaviour depends on the resource, provider and browser. Theme fonts are hosted on this website and do not require a request to an external font provider. |
| Optional analytics / advertising | [OPTIONAL_TRACKING_STATUS] |
You can manage or clear cookies in your browser and change device permissions. These controls differ from a website consent control and may not prevent a connection to an externally hosted font, image or map. Where prior consent is required for a non-essential tool, it must not load until the appropriate choice has been made. Merely browsing the site or accepting account Terms is not blanket marketing consent.
10. Who can receive information
Swipe sideways to read the full table.
| Recipient | Scope and purpose |
|---|---|
| Other website visitors | Only information published as part of public listings or public profiles. |
| Relevant Owner / enquiry recipient | Information needed for the property enquiry or other contact you request. |
| Authorised administrators and support staff | Account, listing, enquiry and complaint information needed for review, support, moderation and security. |
| Website service providers | Necessary information for hosting, backups, email delivery, maintenance and security, subject to appropriate instructions and safeguards. |
| External feature providers | Information received when a third-party map or avatar loads, or when you choose to use WhatsApp or an external link. |
| Authorities and professional advisers | Information reasonably required for a lawful demand, legal obligation, investigation, dispute or protection of rights. |
We do not sell personal data to advertisers or distribute enquiry contacts for unrelated bulk marketing. Sharing an enquiry to provide the contact service is different from selling a marketing list. Any business transfer involving data must have a lawful basis, appropriate safeguards and notice where required; it does not remove your rights.
11. Providers and processing locations
The theme hosts its fonts locally, so loading those font files does not itself send a request to a font provider. The website currently uses Google Maps, Gravatar and links to WhatsApp. Their notices explain their own processing. Provider roles depend on the relevant service; not every external service is a processor acting only on Vsudha's instructions.
Swipe sideways to read the full table.
| Service | Details |
|---|---|
| Hosting and backup provider(s) | [HOSTING_PROVIDER] |
| Email / security / other processors | [ADDITIONAL_PROCESSORS] |
| Storage and processing locations | [PROCESSING_LOCATIONS] |
Use of international providers may involve processing outside India. We must comply with applicable transfer restrictions and use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards. We do not claim that all data stays in India or that a provider has a particular certification without confirming it.
12. Data retention and deletion
We keep identifiable information only while it is reasonably needed for the stated purpose or a lawful record-keeping, security or dispute requirement. Retention depends on the category, the account or listing's status, outstanding enquiries or complaints, legal obligations and the time reasonably needed to resolve a claim. We do not keep all data indefinitely simply because storage is available.
Swipe sideways to read the full table.
| Record type | Retention approach |
|---|---|
| Accounts and profiles | Keep what is needed while the account is active; after closure, remove or anonymise what is no longer needed, subject to justified legal or security retention. |
| Listings, photos and map points | Keep for publication and management; after withdrawal, limit any retained copy to a valid archive, backup, legal or complaint purpose. |
| Enquiries and support records | Keep while the request and a justified follow-up, complaint or legal need remain relevant. |
| Technical/security logs and backups | Apply documented retention and backup-rotation periods, with any mandatory preservation or incident requirements taking priority. |
You may ask us to delete an account, listing or other information. We will assess the request, explain a lawful reason for retaining anything and limit its further use. Deletion from the active service may not remove a copy already held independently by an enquiry recipient, a search engine or a lawful backup. Backup deletion follows the documented rotation process; retained information must remain protected.
13. Security and incident response
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and risk. These include restricting administrative access, protecting authentication information, maintaining the website and handling sensitive evidence carefully. We do not promise that any internet service is completely secure or claim a security certification that has not been obtained.
If we learn of a personal-data or security incident, we will assess and contain it, investigate appropriately and notify affected people and authorities when required, within applicable timelines. Contact us promptly if you notice an exposed document, suspicious account activity or misuse of your information. Do not send secrets as proof of the problem.
14. Your choices and privacy requests
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and how it is used or disclosed, subject to lawful limits and available rights.
- Request correction of inaccurate account, listing or contact information.
- Ask to remove a listing, close an account or erase information that is no longer needed, subject to a lawful retention requirement.
- Withdraw a consent or stop optional marketing using the available channel or the direct privacy contact. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
- Refuse or revoke browser geolocation permission and manage cookies or stored website data.
- Raise a grievance or use an applicable regulator, appeal body or legal forum. Where legally in force, additional rights such as nomination can be exercised under the relevant law.
We may verify a request in a proportionate way to avoid disclosing or deleting the wrong person's data. We will not routinely demand a full identity document where a less intrusive method is adequate. If a request cannot be fully met, we will explain the relevant reason and any available next step.
15. Service messages and optional marketing
Account recovery, security alerts, listing-status messages and replies to an enquiry or support request are service communications. Marketing messages concern promotions rather than delivery of the service you requested. We will not treat a property enquiry as permission for unrelated campaigns.
Where optional marketing is offered, the choice must be clear and separate from necessary account acceptance. You can ask to stop promotional contact without closing your account. A limited suppression record may be kept to respect that choice. Necessary service or legally required messages may still be sent.
16. Children and other people's information
Accounts and transactional features are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Children should not register, submit personal documents or enquire independently. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so that we can take appropriate steps, including deletion or other action required by law.
An age statement alone does not replace any age-related controls or parental-consent duties that legally apply. Users should avoid posting children's images or other people's personal data in property photos or descriptions unless necessary and lawfully permitted.
17. External links and policy changes
This policy does not govern a separate property owner's website, a recipient's independent records or an external provider's own service. Review the relevant notice before sharing additional information. Vsudha remains accountable for its own processing and for obligations attached to the providers it engages.
We will publish changes with a fixed date and version. Material changes to data use will be explained appropriately, and a new consent will be sought where required. A new policy version cannot retroactively authorise an unrelated use for which a valid basis is absent.
